Overview
Our Image Drop Box is for uploading a small batches files that need special handling or non standard prints sizes. Please provide clear instructions and fill out all relevant fields when submitting your files. The user name and pin number are user generated. Create a user name and password and keep them for your records. Click here to continue to the Drop Box Note: To order standard print sizes, we recommend our Consumer Online Printing utility. This utility allows for ordering specific sized prints, cropping and correction of images before placing your order. For sending large batches of files, we recommend our FTP2Lab software.
Images submission requirements:
- Image Mode: RGB (not grayscale or CMYK)
- Color Space: sRGB or valid embedded profile
- Format: Standard 8 bit Jpeg (not progressive)
- Incorrectly submitted files are subject to file conversion charges.
All orders will be printed on luster finish unless otherwise specified.
Normal turnaround time for 8x12 or smaller is one business day. Prints larger than 8x12 generally have a 2 business day turnaround. Contact us for more information.
